Legal Challenges in the Digital Era

On the 8th and 9th of April 2021, the Security, Technology and e-Privacy research group (STeP) co-organizes an online conference hosted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana.

The central theme of the Conference is 'Legal Challenges in the Digital Era'.

Technology developments and digitization have shaken the established national and international legal regime in profound ways and affect current and future laws and policies. What seemed certain or predictable is called into question. New challenges and oppoprtunities arise. The conference theme invites participants to consider the present and future challenges that technological developments create for the legal system(s).

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 21st of March 2021.
