Groningen Centre for Energy Law and Sustainability 16-Year Anniversary Conference

The Groningen Centre for Energy Law and Sustainability (GCELS) is delighted to invite you to attend the GCELS 16-Year Anniversary Conference, which will be held on 29 September 2023, between 9.30 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Oosterpoort in Groningen.

At this conference, we look forward to debating three topical developments in energy law with distinguished legal scholars. The conference includes three panels on decarbonization and infrastructure, democratization and public participation, and digitalization and energy markets.
