Second FL-EUR conference: European Pathways for supporting and protecting adults

FL-EUR is an academic initiative, uniting prominent family-law experts from 30 European jurisdictions. In 2022-2023 the FL-EUR experts and reporters have completed detailed national reports on the legal regulation of empowerment and protection for vulnerable adults in their jurisdictions.

During the first part of the Conference the FL-EUR members will present the first comparative overviews based on the national reports. The second part of the Conference will be dedicated to the results of several other comparative and PIL projects and international networks, dealing with the legal support and protection of adults. The aim of the Conference is to share the first results of the FL-EUR comparative research project, to provide an overview of other comparative projects and initiatives and to bring together scholars and practitioners working in the field of legal support and protection of adults.
