Legal implications of climate change: the case for circularity

On October 24, 2019 the international ESCL Conference 2019 will take place in Delft. Central topics of this conference will be circularity and circular construction, in conjunction with procurement law, contract law, property law and competition law. Presentations from top legal scholars and law professors from all over Europe will provide different perspectives from different European jurisdictions.
